At 12:45 a.m. Monday, Oct. 1, Arturo Cervantes-Rivera, 26, of Indianapolis, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop in the 5000 block of West 96th Street.
At 5:39 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, Dennis Norzinskay, 23, of Westfield, was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior conviction and resisting law enforcement. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 421 and Templin Road.
At 2:37 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, Devonna M. Ferguson, 18, of Indianapolis, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without receiving a license. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop at the intersection Irishmans Run Lane and Ford Road.
At 4:39 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, Vincent Samuels, 44, of East Chicago, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop at the intersection of Pine and First streets.

At 8:27 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, police responded to 1000 Mulberry St. on leaving the scene of a property damage report.
At 2:24 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, police received a phone call regarding fraud.
At 2:11 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, police responded to the 500 block of West Cedar Street on a hit and run.
At 8:10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 5, police received a phone call regarding theft.
At 6:17 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5, police received a phone call regarding vandalism to a vehicle.
At 6:32 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, police responded to the 9400 block of Greenthread Drive on criminal mischief.
At 6:23 p.m. Saturday Oct. 6, police responded to the 5500 block of West 96th Street on a theft.
At 6:36 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, police responded to the 700 block of West Pine Street on a theft.
