The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.
At 3:09 a.m. Monday, Aug. 13, William Dixon, 18, of Zionsville, was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol. Two male juveniles were released to their parents. The arrest occurred after ZPD was informed of an attempted breaking and entering of a vehicle in the 10000 block of Hickory Ridge Drive.
At 10:59 p.m. Monday, Aug. 13, Raelea D. Davis, 33, of Indianapolis, was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior conviction. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 421 and Tillson Drive.
At 8:11 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15, Orlando Lynch, 23, of Gary, was summoned into Boone County Superior Court II. He was cited for several traffic infractions including driving while suspended with a prior conviction. The stop occurred at the four mile marker of Interstate 865.
At 11 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15, Irina Moutaftchieva, 44, of Zionsville, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop in the 4300 block of Riverbirch Run.
At 11:38 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, Ryan Gochenour, 45, of Lafayette, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop near the 133 milemarker of Interstate 65.

At 3:52 p.m. Monday, Aug. 13, police responded to the 9800 block of Hoosier Village Drive on a theft report.
At 7:04 p.m. Monday, Aug. 13, police responded to the 600 block of North Elm Street on a theft report.
At 7:13 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, police responded to the 9100 block of Iris Lane on a missing juvenile. The juvenile was located at a friend’s residence.
At 5:44 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, police were informed of a possible theft from the Lions Park area.
At 6:27 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, police responded to the 10400 block of Oak Ridge Drive on a theft report.
At 3:23 p.m. Friday, Aug. 17, police responded to the 200 block of South Main Street on a theft report.
