The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office:

At 11:17 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, Neal Johnson, 37, of Indianapolis, was arrested and charged with driving while suspended with a prior conviction. The arrest occurred at the intersection of Hawthorne and Third streets.

At 1:39 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, Chelsea E. Julian, 21, of Zionsville, was charged with possession of marijuana. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop at the intersection of Willow Road and Promontory Trail.

At 9:12 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, Zachary Battson, 23, of Lebanon, was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior conviction and operating while intoxicated. The arrest occurred at the intersection of U.S. 421 and County Road 500 South.

At 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, Helesa C. Agner, 29, of Indianapolis, was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. John N. Magee, 37, of Carmel, was also arrested for possession of paraphernalia. The arrests occurred at the intersection of U.S. 421 and County Road 550 South.

At 3:46 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24, Michal A. Clark, 52, of Zionsville, was arrested for battery, possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. The arrest occurred in the 6100 block of Heartland Drive.
