The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.
At 3:57 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, Donald W. Lines, 37, of Indianapolis, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop on U.S. 421.

At 10:33 a.m. Monday, Jan. 30, police responded to Boone Village Shopping Center on a fraud report.
At 10:52 a.m. Monday, Jan. 30, police responded to the 100 block of Raintree Drive on a fraud report.
At 11:09 a.m. Monday, Jan. 30, police responded to the 600 block of Sugarbush Drive on a fraud report.
At 1:55 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31, police responded to 1000 Mulberry St. on a harassment report.
At 4:19 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31, police responded to the 100 block of Keith Drive on a theft report.
On Wednesday, Feb. 1, police responded to the 100 block of Keith Drive on an invasion of privacy report. It was discovered that a subject violated a protective order. The case is being sent to the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.
At 11:31 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1, police responded to 1000 Mulberry St. on a report of a minor in possession of alcohol. The juvenile was released to a parent and a report was filed with Boone County Juvenile.
At 1:34 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1, police responded to the 200 block of Second Street on a report of a hit and run accident.
At 5:17 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, police responded to the 700 block of Oak Street on an intimidation report.
