Police reports for Aug. 29

The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.

At 2:37 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22, Brian Nichols, 39, of Martinsville, was arrested for a warrant out of Morgan County. The arrest occurred at the intersection of U.S. 421 and Willow Road.

At 11:23 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, Lance Migut, 39, of Zionsville, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop at the intersection of Ford Road and Parkway Drive.

At 2:45 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, Kerry M. Collier, 20, of Lafayette, was arrested for minor consumption of alcohol. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop at the Interstate 865 and Interstate 465 interchange.

At 9:18 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, Mary A. Sefranka, 55, of Indianapolis, was arrested for operating while intoxicated and being under the influence of narcotics. The arrest occurred at the intersection of Ford Road and Village Walk Drive.

At 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21, police received a call regarding a credit card fraud report.

At 10:46 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22, police responded to the 8800 block of Weather Stone Crossing on a credit card fraud report.

At 11:16 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22, police responded to the 100 block of North Maxwell Court on a criminal mischief report.

At 1:37 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22, police received a call regarding a credit card fraud report.

At 3:48 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22, police received a call regarding a credit card fraud report.

At 9:29 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, police responded to the 11000 block of Lockleigh Drive on a battery report.

At 5:46 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, police responded to Mulberry Fields Park on a harassment report.

At 4:41 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, police received a call on a fraud report. A report was taken and forwarded to investigations.

At 8:10 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, police responded to Boone Village Shopping Center on a theft report.

At 11:27 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, police responded to 1000 Mulberry St. on a vandalism to a vehicle report.

At 5:17 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, police responded to the 1200 block of Governors Lane on a criminal mischief report.

At 7:50 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, police responded to the 12100 block of Daugherty Drive on an unlawful entry into a motor vehicle report.

At 8:12 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, police responded to the 2800 block of Daugherty Drive on an unlawful entry into a motor vehicle report. The case is still under investigation.

At 11:16 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, police responded to the 2700 block of Daugherty Drive on a theft from a vehicle report. The case is still under investigation.

At 12:10 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, police responded to the 500 block of Zion Lane on a theft from a vehicle report. The case is still under investigation.
