At 8:40 a.m. Monday, May 21, John M. Thomas, 40, of Indianapolis, was arrested for driving while suspended. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop at the intersection of Elm and Pine streets.
At 10:16 p.m. Monday, May 21, Stephen Foster, 43, of Zionsville, was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior conviction. The arrest occurred along U.S. 421.
