Breast Cancer Awareness Night Oct. 12

The Second Annual “Losing is not an option” Breast Cancer Awareness and Fundraiser Night will take place on Friday, Oct. 12, at the Zionsville football game between the Eagles and Avon.

Players, coaches and cheerleaders will be showing their support by wearing  pink wristbands during the game. The Susan G. Komen Foundation will be providing ribbons and information at the game and will be accepting donations.

Fans are encouraged to wear pink.

In addition, organizers will be selling hats, T-shirts, wristbands and other pink items to raise awareness and funds for the Komen Foundation. The event is being organized by Zionsville senior Jakob Fischer.
