Spanish class honors students create displays

Zionsville — Spanish IV students displayed their Ofrenda projects this week. La Ofrenda is Spanish for “offering” and Day of the Dead celebrations are part of the Spanish culture. Home altars are decorated  with pictures, candles, foods, and other things, which souls enjoyed in their earthly existence. Pictured are Eva Wehrle and Morgan Oberweiser putting together their display honoring Teddy Roosevelt.
