It’s time for holiday office parties again. I started working in the days before political correctness and the annual party was referred to as the office Christmas party. Times change, though, and I am completely happy to go along with the term holiday party. Then the thing became known as a year-end party. Still OK, but last week I was introduced to the year-end meeting. To fully understand my reaction, I must share a moment from my past.
