Muriel Cravens-Jackson of Mesa, Ariz.

Zionsville — Muriel (Nana) Cravens-Jackson, 84, of Mesa, Ariz., passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends who loved her.  

She was born and raised in Zionsville. After her marriage to Ollie Cravens, they moved their family to Southern California where they resided for 35 years. Upon her retirement, she relocated to Mesa, Ariz. where she met and married Frank Jackson.

Muriel was an avid race fan, but her greatest pleasure was spending time with family and friends. She will forever be remembered for her for her quick wit, dry sense of humor, compassion and straight forward wisdom.  

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Ollie and Frank and her brother Wayne Frink. She is survived by her sister Ruth Reeder, her children Michael, Jim and Patti Ann, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, in the Oakwood Room at Sunland Village East in Mesa, Ariz.
