R. Keith Hall of Battle Ground

Zionsville — R. Keith Hall, 61, a longtime resident of Battle Ground, died at 2:50 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013 at St. Elizabeth East Hospital of Lafayette. He had been in failing health since 2010.

He was born Dec. 31, 1951 in Bloomington, to Norma Bishop and the late Robert Hall. Keith attended Battle Ground and Lafayette Jefferson High Schools.

Mr. Hall was a veteran of the United States Navy serving as a radioman on an ammunition ship during the Vietnam War.

His marriage was to Connie Norwood on Oct. 7, 1972 in Lafayette. She preceded him in death on Aug. 11, 2011.

Mr. Hall was an accountant for Natures Pharm on Ind. 38 in Lafayette. Prior to that he was an ad designer for the Benton Review and worked many years in the transportation industry.

Keith enjoyed bowling, golf, gardening and woodworking. He and his wife loved bird watching.

Surviving is a son, Kris (Misty) Hall of Zionsville; his mother, Norma Bishop of West Lafayette; a sister, Karen (Don) Moyars of Fowler and a brother, Kerry (Karen) Hall of Gainesboro, Tenn.

Keith loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, Olivia and Noah.

He is preceded in death by his father Robert, his wife Connie and a brother, Roger Hall.

 Per Keith’s wishes, no services are planned.

 Memorials may be made to Traders Point Christian Academy, 6600 Indianapolis Road, Whitestown, IN  46075, in c/o the Keith Hall Memorial Fund.
