Douglas K. “Dugger” Robinson, 56, a resident of Zionsville formerly of Greenfield, passed away Friday, Aug. 24, 2012 at St. Vincent Hospice, Indianapolis.
He was born March 25, 1956 in Greenfield, to Earl W. and Maria (Terino) Robinson.
Douglas was a graduate of Greenfield Central High School and Ball State University and was vice president of the Sanders Group of Indianapolis. He was active in community theater and loved photography, traveling, gourmet foods, bowling, sport clay shooting and fishing.
He is survived by his parents, wife, Kathy (Langley) Robinson of Zionsville, whom he married on Sept. 25, 1982; daughter, Kellen Marie Robinson of Zionsville; brothers, David (Kathy) Robinson of New Palestine; Bobby Robinson of Greenfield; Jerry Robinson of Indianapolis; sister, Ann Marie (Pat) Sandefur of Lake Jackson, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield. A funeral service is at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 30, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
