Boone County’s odds of attracting another major business improved Thursday, Aug. 30.
That’s when Browning/Duke Realty Investments announced it would soon begin construction of a 600,000 square feet industrial structure in AllPoints at Anson in Whitestown.
No tenant has been signed for the building, but Browning/Duke are hoping the building’s potential size — it can be expanded to 1.1 million square feet — will attract one or more clients, the development partners said in a press release.
