The Zionsville Education Foundation gave $34,664 to 11 recipients this fall.
The grants focus on an interdisciplinary approach to teaching reading and Science, Technology, Engineering and Math in addition to music education and a community-wide opportunity to learn drug and alcohol avoidance skills.
ZEF delivered grants to teachers throughout the district on Monday, Oct. 15.
