The Zionsville Town Council is one step closer to voting on a new stormwater utility fee, which may cost Zionsville’s residents more on their utility bill.
The council voted on the ordinance during its meeting Monday, Aug. 6, with councilors Jeff Papa and Susana Suarez voting against it. An ordinance may only be passed on the first reading if the vote is unanimous.

VIDEO: Bus crash injures 12
Twelve people were taken to hospitals - six to Methodist and six to St. Vincent - after a school bus crashed and rolled over on northbound Interstate 65 in Boone County just before 2 p.m. Thursday.
