The Zionsville Redevelopment Commission may make another alteration to the proposed Dow land deal.
The RDC unanimously approved Wednesday night, Dec. 5, to spend up to $35,000 to conduct another environmental study on the Dow AgroScience property. Pending the results of the study, the RDC may exclude 26 acres of the parcel known as Remediation Area Two. The proposal already excludes 10 acres of a landfill site near The Reserve at Williams Glen apartment complex.
