A new, 255-lot subdivision is ready to break ground in Whitestown.
The Whitestown Plan Commission approved the subdivision, Clark Meadows, during its Monday, Aug. 13, meeting.
Whitestown Director of Planning Deb Luzier said the subdivision is part of the Anson development.
“They are all single family homes,” she said. “The rate of completion depends on the market. The developer (Pulte Homes, LLC) indicated that they expect a seven- to nine-year build-out.”
The subdivision will sit on 145 acres on the west side of county roads 650 East and 550 South.
