Porsche enthusiasts gathered on Main Street in Zionsville Saturday, June 15, for the third annual CruZionsville. Spectators admired more than 100 cars, and enjoyed live music and great food. Proceeds from the event went to the Alzheimer’s Association — Greater Indiana Chapter.

Local artist Adam Seif helps out second-grade students at Eagle Elementary School. For one week in April, Mrs. Urbanski’s art classes at Eagle hosted Seif as part of the PTO-sponsored visiting artist program. Seif has written several children’s books and brought his new book, “The Smarts for Elementary School Survival” to show the students about being creative. Throughout the week, he demonstrated and helped students with drawing techniques and talked about how to find ideas for new stories and characters.
