Zionsville Pizzeria, previously known as Zionsville Pizza Delivery has a new location and new look but still offers the same traditional food.
Zionsville Pizzeria moved from Hawthorne Street to 255 S. Main St. because their business needed room to expand. They officially reopened on Thursday, June 14.
“We expanded to offer dine-in, pick-up and of course we still offer delivery,” manager Leighann Kogan said.
Kogan and her parents, owners Tom and Sherry Hill, wanted a place for families to sit, eat and enjoy family time.
“We have a lot of kids in our family so we know how it can be, so we wanted to offer a family-friendly environment,” Kogan said.
The pizzeria has been in business for almost five years and Kogan and her family has been in Zionsville for a while, she said.
“I am the fourth generation in Zionsville so we have been in the area,” she said. “We are locals and I think that is important for our customers to know that,” Kogan said.
Kogan said not only are they locals, but their business is a family-owned operation and the restaurant offers a variety of items. The Zionsville Pizzeria tries to keep everything fresh and not use frozen goods when possible.
“We make our own sauces, our own dough, our own garlic butter and we try not to use frozen items,” Kogan said.
Kogan said that they may have changed their name but they still have the same great tasting pizza they have always had.
“We have a pizza buffet and salad bar for lunch, we have added subs, salads and a kids menu, but our pizza is the same and that won’t change,” Kogan said.
The pizzeria is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday and the lunch buffet is served 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call 873-2878 or visit www.zionsvillepizzeria.com for more information.
