Dittmer-Pugsley engaged

Phil and Janet Dittmer of Zionsville are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Anna Marie Dittmer of Arlington, Va. to Dr. Jacob Scott Pugsley of Brookline, Mass.

The bride-to-be is a 1999 graduate of Zionsville Community High School and a 2003 graduate of Indiana University, receiving both B.A. and B.S. degrees. She graduated from Harvard Law School in 2008, and is employed as an attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of the University of Utah and completed a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in the London England South Mission. He graduated in 2006 from Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City, and will complete an anesthesiology residency in Boston in June. He will be doing a one-year fellowship in cardiac anesthesiology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.

The couple has chosen Friday, June 18, to be married in the Salt Lake Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
