Ottinger, the Boone County GOP party chairwoman, said the event was moved to 6 p.m. Thursday in order to give family and friends a chance to participate in the ceremony, which was held in the Boone Circuit courtroom. Superior Court II Judge Rebecca McClure administered the oaths to individual office holders.
